The duration of the project depends on how simple or complex your website will be, how many pages/products it has, whether the content is ready for us to use and how quickly you provide feedback.

For a simple 3 pages website, expect a 4 weeks turnaround. Ecommerce sites can take up to 12 weeks.

For a simple website, you need to provide with all the content including high quality images, copy the pages, your logo/branding and feedback at different stages.
This is the minimum we require, and different projects have different requirements.

For simple websites we work with Shopify and Squarespace as they handle the hosting, security and website uptime, while being very user-friendly. For more complex informational websites we work with WordPress. If you want to work with a different platform please get in touch as this is decided on a case-by-case basis.

Yes! Once we complete the work we'll give you training and supporting document so you can update the website on your own.

Absolutely! We are here to support your online journey in the long run. We offer support on demand, and bill at 15min increments at $170/h
for smaller, ad-hoc work. For larger and ongoing website updates we provide you with a quote for a support plan.

Our standard payment schedule is 50% deposit
30% upon homepage approval
20% upon completion

We can negotiate a different payment plan on a case by case basis.

This is collaborative process, and your input and involvement is paramount for the success of the project. We do, however, love having creative freedom on the projects we work with. If you have a very specific vision and just need someone to execute it, we are probably not the right fit.

We love a good DIY project! We understand sometimes budget doesn't allow to hire a professional to handle the entire project.

We offer a VIP days for $1,110 on a case by case bases. Please contact us to discuss your project.
